1. Why do I see different prices for the same product?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

2. Is installation offered for all products?

Installation and demo are offered for certain items by sellers through the brand or an authorised service provider. Please check the individual product page to see if these services are offered for the item.

3. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on DSM Online?

Yes, it's necessary to log into your DSM Online account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You'll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

4. Do sellers on DSM Online ship internationally?

Currently, sellers on DSM Online only ship citywise in India.

5. Will I get a wall mount for my television in the box?

If mentioned in the sales package the wall mount for your television will be in the box. However, in some cases, the wall mount, if applicable for the model, will be with the installation team.

6. Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?

The products listed as 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed of the product's availability with sellers on DSM Online.

7. What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now. Use 'Notify Me' feature to know once it's available with sellers for purchase.

8. How are items packaged?

>Products sold by Sellers with DSM Online Assured badge are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap.

Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap. Other Sellers also follow standard packing procedure. Sellers are rated on packaging quality and affects overall seller rating.

9. Can I place my order by calling your call center number?

We do not take orders through our call center as of now. You can place orders online through our website, Mobile website or Mobile App only.

10. Why is mobile number mandatory to register at DSM Online?

Your mobile number enables us to efficiently communicate with you.  Mobile number is required to place an order at DSM Online as we need to send you all your order and transaction related communication via SMS. Additionally, it helps us to be in touch with you at every stage of the shopping and delivery process.

11. Can I use same Login credentials for Mobile App and Website?

Yes you can use the same login credentials for both DSM Online mobile app and website. Your credentials would be available in both these platforms so these wouldn’t be any trouble signing in.

12. Can I have multiple Registrations?

>Only one mobile number or Gmail ID can be registered for one account. These cannot be multiple registrations with a single mobile number or Gmail ID.

13. How can I update my personal details?

It is a good practice to keep your personal information updated on DSM Online account to receive communications. You can do so by following below mentioned steps:-

1) Sign-in

2) Go to “My Account”

3) Click Personal Details

4)  Update information like Mobile Number, Email etc.

5) Click Save

Note: - you will be asked to verify your mobile number and Email ID to make the changes effective.

14. What are the payment options available at DSM Online?

You can for your order using the following modes of payments:

• Credit cards: - All Visa, Master, RuPay debit cards issued in India are accepted.

• Net Banking: - You can pay using your Bank account directly if you have an internet banking facility provided by your bank.

• Cash on delivery (COD) :- DSM Online also allows you to pay for your shopping using the ‘’Cash on Delivery” (COD) Method . This means that you can comfortably pay for the items that you here ordered at the time of delivery.

15. Is it safe to use my Credit card or Debit Card?

Yes, it’s absolutely safe to use your card for making payment at DSM Online (DSMOnline.in). We take special care in conducting the entire payment process right from authentication of the various credentials till the transaction is complete, thus making online shopping safer for you.

There any no charges over and above the price you see on our website. We at DSM Online are very transparent about the prices that we show to our customers. The Price that you see on the site for a particular product is the price that you ultimately pay.

17. Is GST added over and above the DSM Online Price?

No, the total amount that is shown to be paid by you is all inclusive of GST.

18. Can I use multiple payment options for a single order?

We do not have the option of choosing multiple modes of payment for a single order at this point; you can make payment using only one mode for one order.

19. 19. How will you inform me if any of my ordered items are not available?

Only In case any of ordered items are not available with us, you will receive an SMS regarding the same from us.

20. How can I Check the status of my orders?

• Login to the site/app using your credentials

• Click on ‘My Account’ page and select ‘My Orders’

• You will see status of your order under “status” column.

Additionally , we will be sending you SMS at every stage of your order shipping  &  Delivery.

21. You can check the serviceability from our website/app.

* Product main page will open up with the enter your Area/Pin code”.Search for your pin code/delivery location. You will see list of all areas serviceable.

* If your area is not serviceable, you will see a message on the screen.

22. Can I return an item once accepted and ask for a refund?

Yes, most certainly. Your refund will be issued in the same mode in which the payment was made, provided you return the item(s) within 3 days of accepting its delivery.

23. Will I be informed once the refund is credited to my account?

We will inform you via SMS once your refund request is initiated. The bank usually takes 3-7 working days to process the amount. The credit to your account typically would be intimated by your bank directly.

26. Can I order products in bulk quantity?

Yes, certain products can be ordered in bulk quantity. These products are tagged as “Available in Bulk”.

27. Can I Pay for products ordered in bulk by opting for Cash on Delivery?

All Products ordered in bulk quantity need to be prepaid only.

28. Can you order be cancelled that has products ordered in bulk quantity?

Order that has products in bulk quantity cannot be cancelled.
